The project combines four existing retail spaces into one approximately 9,535-square-foot, two-story Louis Vuitton store. The transformation includes a new elevator and interior stairway, creating a unified multi-level luxury retail environment.
New and revised mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems are coordinated throughout the combined spaces to support customer comfort, merchandise presentation, retail operations, and the sophisticated architectural environment associated with the Louis Vuitton brand.
Project Scope
MEP engineering services include new and revised HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing design throughout the approximately 9,535-square-foot retail renovation.
A key component of the project is the consolidation of four previously separate tenant spaces into a single two-story store. This requires careful coordination of existing building infrastructure and redistribution of MEP systems to function as one integrated retail environment.
The design also accommodates a new elevator and stairway connecting the two levels. Because the final architectural space plan was still being developed at the start of engineering, the MEP approach provides flexibility to accommodate evolving layouts and luxury retail design requirements.
