Founded in 2021, Lam+Tea Engineering is the result of decades of industry expertise. Jerry Lam brings over 40 years of experience in engineering design consulting, recognized for delivering efficient, sustainable, and high-quality building solutions. He is joined by David Tea, whose 30-year career in electrical engineering includes leadership on complex, high-profile projects across every major market sector and a long history of trusted client partnerships.
The firm’s leadership is further strengthened by Johnny Vu, a Fortune 500-trained technology systems specialist whose innovative approach has helped to elevate precision, process integration, and quality control within the engineering consulting field.
