Project Overview

Interior renovation of a bar within an existing single-story commercial building in Los Angeles, California. This tenant improvement transforms the support space into a vibrant hospitality venue designed to support bar operations and customer experience.

Project Scope

Design challenges for change of use to a food/beverage facility included the thorough coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate updated layouts and operational needs.

Efforts focused on aligning HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems with bar operations, including equipment loads, ventilation needs, and customer comfort. The approach emphasized constructability, code compliance, and efficient system integration.
